3. ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNT REGISTRATION 

3.1 Eligibility

• Our platform is open to all users, with no age restrictions. However, users below 18 years should seek parental guidance before enrolling in courses.
• Users must provide accurate and up-to-date personal information during registration.
• We reserve the right to deny or terminate accounts if false information is provided.

3.2 Account Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Sharing accounts is strictly prohibited.

If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us immediately.

4. SERVICES OFFERED

• Arivz provides online courses in various subjects.
• All courses and features require payment to access.
• Arivz reserves the right to modify, update, or remove courses at any time.

5. CONTENT OWNERSHIP & USAGE 

• All content available on Arivz, including course materials, videos, and resources, is owned by Arivz.
• Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for personal learning purposes only.
• Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content without prior written permission from Arivz.
• Unauthorized use of our content may result in legal action.

6. PAYMENTS, CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

6.1 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Bank Transfers
• Credit Card / Debit Card Payments
• UPI Transactions
• Third-party Financial Assistance (Loans, EMI options, etc.)

6.2 Refund Policy

• Refunds are applicable only if the learner has made the payment directly to Arivz.
• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date of registration.
• Once we verify the refund request we will credit the refund to original payment method within 6-7 business working days.
• If any refund request is raised post the stipulated deadline then a 40% cancellation charge will be deducted from the refund amount.
• No refund will be provided if the learner has completed more than 50% of the course content at the time of the refund request.
• If payment was made through third-party financial services or EMI options, Arivz will not be liable for cancellations or refunds. The user must follow the policies of the respective financial provider.

7. USER CONDUCT & PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

Users are expected to maintain ethical behavior while using Arivz. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Unethical conduct, including plagiarism, cheating, or academic dishonesty.
• Defamation, threats, harassment, or abusive behavior towards instructors, learners, or staff.
• Unauthorized sharing of course content outside the platform.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or manipulate the platform’s systems.
• Impersonating another user or providing false information.
• Consequences of Violations
• Accounts found violating these terms will be suspended or permanently banned.
• Arivz reserves the right to take legal action in case of serious violations.

8. PRIVACY POLICY & DATA SHARING

• We collect and store user data to operate and improve our services.
• A separate Privacy Policy governs how we handle user information.
• We may share user data with third-party service providers to ensure seamless learning experiences.
• By using Arivz, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

9. GOVERNING LAW

• Any disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.
• The jurisdiction for legal proceedings shall be Chennai High Court, Tamil Nadu.
• Before initiating legal action, parties must attempt arbitration or mediation to resolve the dispute amicably.

10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION 

• Arivz reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations.
• Users requesting account reinstatement must:
• Sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), OR
• Pay penalties as determined by Arivz.

11. LIABILITY & DISCLAIMERS

11.1 Educational Outcomes

• Arivz does not guarantee specific educational outcomes, career advancements, or job placements.
• The courses provided are for educational purposes only and might reflect the latest industry trends.

11.2 Technical Issues

• While we strive to maintain uninterrupted services, we do not guarantee that the platform will always be error-free or accessible at all times.
• Arivz is not responsible for technical issues beyond its control, including internet disruptions or software malfunctions.

11.3 Content Accuracy

• Course content is created based on general industry standards and is subject to periodic updates.
• Arivz reserves the right to modify, update, or remove content without prior notice.

12. CHANGES TO TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Arivz reserves the right to update, modify, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time.
